Over the years CCL’s BHAG has remained unchanged. We are the people who work for us and we want everyone who works here to feel that CCL is the best place to work.

VALUES

We have eight core values.

They are etched on the windows of our offices. They are up on the wall of our training room. They are displayed in the site offices. Examples of our people embodying them are reported on weekly at our senior leadership meeting. They are the categories for which awards are given at our End of Year function.

TEAMS

Team spirit and a sense of belonging cannot be forced or manufactured. Over time our teams have formed organically and their identities have gradually developed around the personalities within them.

Bonds are formed within them. Leaders emerge and the teams develop their own rules and flavour. We have had teams dissolve and get moth balled as people move on but their legacy remains.
